Tasks:

·         Implement a SharePoint repository where all change requests and
SME responses will be maintained.

·         Implement an automated workflow within SharePoint to efficiently
enable staff to request changes and the QMS and Compliance departments to
manage the review and approval process.

·         Develop an automated and auditable SharePoint reports and
dashboards to track the review/approval timeline/process for all SOPs
maintained within the repository

·         Analyze the environment to determine the ability to integrate
future process such as Work Product Review, managing the PMLC/SDLC
workflow, Action Item logging and tracking, and Process Asset Library
integration/repository

·         Ensure sharing and permission management is setup correctly,
version management is in place, and search functionality is provided to
support advanced searches

·         Provide training to select QMS staff on maintaining environment

·         Develop metric reports that are able to be displayed in a
real-time fashion

·         Generate a weekly Status Report.
Competencies:

·         SharePoint technical development expertise. , with focus on
establishing automated workflows and auditable reports and dashboards.

·         Ability to understand business requirement and technical design.

·         Solid SharePoint 2010/2013 development experience and
understanding of the platform and architecture.

·         Expert in the use of Share Point Designer 2010/2013, InfoPath
Form Services, JQuery, XSLT, CAML, LINQ, CSS, JavaScript, dynamic HTML 5
and SP designer workflow 2010/2013.

·         Knowledge of SharePoint Taxonomy, Metadata, Content Management,
Collaboration, Custom Web Parts, Reports, Search, InfoPath Services, Master
Pages, Content Types, Features, Active Directory.

·         Hands-on experience on configuring and customizing Share Point
workflows.

·         PerformancePoint Services, Forms Services, Excel Services, Report
Center.

·         Technical writing and training skills.

·         Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical associates
through all levels of the organization

·         Ability to work independently

·         Ability to provide training and knowledge sharing to associates
with SharePoint administration and with limited skillsets

·         Microsoft Office suite (superficially MS Project, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Visio)

·         Ability to gather information and resolve issues independently

·         Ability to identify, manage, and track progress and escalate
issues as needed

·         Ability to multi-task in a changing environment

·         Work effectively with peers and supervisor(s)

·         Achieve quality and schedule requirements

·         Analytical and detail oriented

·         Ability to quickly understand assignments

·         Highly energetic, go getter and self-starter.
