Experience with Java ( Multi threading, Synchronization are the key areas) 2. Experience with Java profilers 3. Should be able to monitor the performance of apps, Operating system, network on the performance metrics. 4. Experience with performance automation is must *Desirable Technical Skills * 1. Should have experience with load testing tools like Jmeter 2. Good in catching issues. Should be able to get big picture and think out of the box 3. Experience in working with Linux. 4. Good communication skills *Mandatory Functional Skills * 1. Monitor the performance of apps, Operating system, network on the performance metrics 2. Analyze the performance issues and memory leaks 3. Direct co-ordination with client 4.
