Also let me know the best time to speak to you. *Job Title: *Project Manager *Location: *Manhattan & Melville NY *Duration: *6+ Months JD: • Experience interfacing with construction and facility teams, ideally someone who has worked on or managed any type of office MAC (move, add change) • Individual who excels is a fast paced environment, matrixed environment with changing priorities • Ability to be able to travel as needed to locations within NYC and Melville (this travel will not be reimbursed) • Well rounded infrastructure experience • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills •Responsible for the successful implementation of multiple small and medium complexity IT projects. •Comply with all internal PMO process standards and maintain current the set of documents for all projects assigned. •Hold periodic project stakeholder meetings to ensure that team deliverables are being worked on and get delivered on-time and on-budget. •Support the Financial management processes to accurately track project costs and expenditures. •College degree. •Highly motivated and self-driven attitude •3-5 years of experience working in large corporate environments managing IT projects. •Good organization, communication and facilitation skills •Ability to work well under short timelines and still deliver good quality results. •PMP Certification desired.
