[ JOB DESCRIPTION]: *Required Skills: * - 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst working on Web based projects. - Strong business and analytical skills, and experience ensuring business needs are properly interpreted and translated into application and operational requirements. - Proficient in writing requirements in the form of business/functional requirements, user stories, or use cases. - Experience creating process flows, sequence diagrams, screens, reports, etc. - Experience with Wireframes/UI Mockups. - Proficient in use of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. - Must have experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment. - Knowledge of or experience working in a .NET, SQL Server environment is required. - Experience with TFS is *required* - Experience testing software and designing business systems. - Strong problem identification and problem solving skills. - Experience as the liaison between the business and development teams. - Ability to maintain relationships within the organization using strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to interact with a variety of personality types toward a solution that works for the business. - Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude. - Ability to manage customer expectations and priorities. - Ability to break down complex concepts and describe/present them in a logical, organized manner. - Self-starter who takes ownership of assignments and can be relied upon to meet quality and schedule expectations with minimal supervision. - Ability to clearly communicate details like project requirements, requested changes and testing results. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. *Education:* - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Responsibilities: Minimum Education Required: U.S. Equivalent Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field.
