If you find your self suitable for the position, please send me your latest updated resume along with contact details. *Job Title Business Data Analyst* *Project Location Columbus, OH* *Duration 12 Months * *Interview Mode: Phone and Skype* *Skills Required and Job Description:* • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs • Contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. • Assess solutions in concert with the design team, identify and escalate issues and mitigation plans to business and technology leadership. • Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the technology unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. • Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, cross impacted partners in business, operations and technology across LOBs. • Assist Quality Assurance teams to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans and test cases. • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. The data analyst will need to closely partner with the business analyst to define, document and specify functional enhancements. A successful candidate will need to work with the project managers to ensure requirements are defined and carried out successfully to implementation.
