We are looking to get a BA to help our client with gathering detailed requirements for SalesForce.Com *Service Cloud. *The groups that are looking to use the solution are: Customer Service Diagnostics and Customer Service, Inside Sales, VMIPs. Start date in early Jan 2015. Must have experience in Service Cloud and deep knowledge of its capabilities. Must be able to provide a demo of Service Cloud and then start to have breakout sessions with the different groups to gather requirements. Must have CRM/Salesforce.com skills/knowledge. Great communication and leadership skills. Excellent documentation skills.
