*Role: Delivery Lead (Project manager )* *Location:* *Detroit, Mi* *Client: BCBS * The Delivery Lead will be leading a team of people, both technical and business; to manage the system changes required to support this effort. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for coordinating with internal technical teams as well as external vendors to deliver the require capabilities. The Delivery Lead would help facilitate meetings to document requirements, resolve issues, mitigate risks and manage the work plans and budget. · Work with all business areas of the organization to identify business requirements. · Collaborate with IT System owners and external vendors to design and deliver solutions to meet the business requirements. · Serve as the Project Manager for this effort including *creating work plans, maintaining budgets, monitoring and resolving issues / risks.* · Coordinates with business and technical teams to achieve the goals of the project. · *Provides IT leadership* and communicate project status and progress on a weekly basis. · Gains a clear understanding of the contribution of assigned tasks to the overall team or program schedule. · Manages resolution of issues assigned to the team.
