- A minimum of 3 years in:
a) Manufacturing and logistics operations
b) Strategy development and deployment using lean manufacturing and six
sigma principles
c) Supply chain in manufacturing environment (S&OP, Capacity Analysis,
Inventory Rationalization, Supplier Quality a plus).
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word,
Excel, Access, Visio), Process Simulation Tools, Process Mapping Tools,
value-stream mapping, DMAIC, etc.
- Possess technical and analytical skills with focus on data analysis
and decision support tools.
- Experience with supply chain network analysis software (Supply Chain
Guru, Logic Tools, i2, Oracle) a plus
- Automotive or heavy construction manufacturing experiences a plus.
- Understanding the ability to develop business requirements for ERP/
Execution systems and the technologies that integrate them in the factory
floor would be a plus.
