System Administration experience for at least 3 years . Experience in complex enterprise environments, providing production support and change support . Knowledge of networking and security concepts, including, networking protocols, interoperation with firewalls and load balancers . Excellent communication skills, both written and oral . Excel in problem solving and troubleshooting including the use of various tools, facilities, and equipment to replicate/solve customer issues. . Must be a self-starter, well-organized, and able to lead or follow depending on the situation. .
