Extensive Technical and administrative knowledge in Aspect products Specifically *ACD, UIP, AQM* and *CallMiner* Lead installation/deployment effort with the vendor and document technical details (*HLD, DDD, BRD* and *PAR documents*) Build and document Test Plan, Test Cases against requirements. Good presentations skills, to support Client Manager for preparation of presentation deck.
