Job Title: Sr. QA Analyst

Location: Paramus, NJ

Details of Position:
5 to 7+ years QA experience w/strong business/technical knowledge, planning,
analytical, risk management, & communication skills. Sound leadership skills,
capable of being a QA Lead backup. Doesn't accept things as they are & pushes to
make things better. Has persistence & delivers high-quality consistent results.
Results oriented & willingly takes on responsibilities. Analyzing business
requirements, does functional decompositions, creates traceability
matrices / test
cases / checklists, performs test execution, identifies important
application defects,
runs defect review meetings, does defect analysis and trending, owns test
initiatives and functional test areas, has E2E experience/knowledge. Flexible &
adapts to day-to-day changes. Has test tool expertise (Quality Center, MS
Excel/Access). Working experience w/Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10. Strong SDLC
process knowledge/experience. Solution oriented; creative problem
solving a must.

Strong interpersonal and oral/written
communication in order to effectively work within QA team as well as developers,
users, and senior managers; self-directed and managed. Is able to drive change
and results. Plans, tracks, follows up, delivers results, assesses
