Sound leadership skills, capable of being a QA Lead backup. Doesn't accept things as they are & pushes to make things better. Has persistence & delivers high-quality consistent results. Results oriented & willingly takes on responsibilities. Analyzing business requirements, does functional decompositions, creates traceability matrices / test cases / checklists, performs test execution, identifies important application defects, runs defect review meetings, does defect analysis and trending, owns test initiatives and functional test areas, has E2E experience/knowledge. Flexible & adapts to day-to-day changes. Has test tool expertise (Quality Center, MS Excel/Access). Working experience w/Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10. Strong SDLC process knowledge/experience. Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication in order to effectively work within QA team as well as developers, users, and senior managers; self-directed and managed.
