Looking for EAD's GC's, CITIZENS. LOCAL TO BAY AREA CA Duration: 12 months Location: Foster City Rate: W2 Terms Only Requirements: • Provide project management expertise to multiple concurrent cross-divisional project efforts. • Direct a mix of internal and outsourced/vendor, locate and remote resources for project delivery. • Embrace teamwork while promoting a culture of openness and flexibility. • Provide the necessary expertise, direction, motivation and encouragement to the team. • Demonstrated leadership qualities, flexibility, adaptability to changes in roles and responsibility as required. • Understanding of contact center operations and technology infrastructure. • Understanding of Visa's core business drivers preferred. Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience leading technical teams in the delivery of large scale software development, operational and integration efforts. • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation production support, including quality assurance and system integration. • Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices. • *Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in contact center related projects.* • Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams. • Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization. • Solid analytical skills; able to think strategically. • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science similar technical discipline required. *• PMP certification required.* -- Thanks, Padmaja.
