*Client OPENET* *Tampa* *1 yr +* *Openet* *Job Description* *POSITION TITLE: Platform Administrator* *LOCATION: Riverview, Florida* The Sr. Platform Administrator is responsible for building and managing platforms that scale across the enterprise and integrate with multiple applications. This position focuses on technology stewardship by providing architectural direction in identifying, maturing, enabling and enhancing 3rd party platforms which span call mediation, commissions, business intelligence, and data integration systems. The Sr. Platform administrator will work with a diverse team and multitude of technologies to participate in production software deployments, upgrades, capacity planning, monitoring, software backup strategies and software/hardware integration. This position also scales out common functions to peers and application support teams. Finally, this position requires interfacing with IT and non-IT business units to ensure that the application infrastructure and it’s capabilities are aligned with tactical and strategic initiatives. Strong communication, technical skills sets, analytical skills, cross-functional team collaboration, high quality output and ability to view solutions from a holistic perspective are required. This position reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence and is not responsible for direct reports.
