Length of Engagement:52 weeks
Primary Skill: .NET
Other Skills: PeopleSoft; Server Support; TESTING; WEB; Written Comm
Daily Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve production issues, either by
procedures or escalation to next level of support; Documentation
(support procedures,
test cases, tickets); Follow department Incident and Problem Management
procedures in BMC Incident/Problem management system system ("IPRO");
Necessary Skills (Must Have):
Experience supporting .Net/Web technologies (analysis and development) in an
enterprise environment (preferably HR or employee data intensive
environment)
Good understanding of server related technology (MS SQL server/DB, web/app
servers, Oracle database & servers)
Autosys Batch Job support
Understanding of software test principles, able to create and execute test
cases.
Good communication, troubleshooting, excellent documentation skills,
analytical skills.
Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):
Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCMS/US Payroll
