*Sr. Web Developer (PERL development)* *Location: Auburn Hills, MI* *Duration: 12 months* *Rate: Market * *Description/Required Skills:* - *Responsible for the development and design of web applications and components.* ** - *Perl Web experience is needed.* - *3 years of hands on application development experience in a Perl/Web based environment.* - *Requires both front-end (GUI) and back-end development experience. * - *Experience in HTML, Relational database maintenance, JavaScript and VBScript along with an understanding of JavaScript Objects.* - 6*+ years of prior web development experience is required.* - Design, code, test, and implement web applications, for either internal or external uses. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity and system limitations. - Responsible for creating and modifying documentation corresponding to websites. - May collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, networking) and with external vendors. - Maintain and update websites and ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across organization. - Development/design experience in client/server side technologies with an emphasis on Perl programming. - 1 year of information systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Strong programming and analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts, applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures. - Strong organizational and problem solving abilities -- Thanks and Regards..
