Looking for a technical recruiter
with minimum of three years experience in a sales and recruiting environment.
The aptitude to communicate effectively and professionally is essential. The
ability to be self, team and company motivated is expected, as is a
professional
demeanor and exceptional follow up skills. MS Office skills are required and
will be utilized daily.
. Person who has worked extensively on W2/1099 tax
terms will be given preference.
. Should have own database of employers and
consultants.Must be aware of the latest
technologies.
Responsibilities:
Work with sales team in identifying
new business in new and existing accounts
Sourcing, pre-screening and
interviewing candidates
Developing and maintaining relationships with IT
professionals
Ensuring services consistently meet clients'
needs
