*JOB DESCRIPTION :* *Job Title: Digital Execution Manager * *Overview * The Digital Execution Manager is responsible for executing the delivery of digital web projects across Janssen North America. The focus of this role is to ensure successful, consistent, and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical marketing websites on a Drupal web publishing platform. The Digital Execution Manager will onboard brand and agency teams to ensure digital standards and best practices are built into the design phase and align to platform capabilities. The Digital Execution Manager will also manage a site production team to execute on the delivery of those projects while effectively communicating schedule, status, and risk. *Responsibilities: * • Develop and execute a communication plan for onboarding brand and agencies to a web publishing platform • Drive project scope to conform to the platform’s capabilities roadmap and digital standards and best practices • Assign and manage site production resources to execute the project • Ensure projects pass stage gates such as project approval, requirements sign off, architecture review, system testing, user acceptance testing, promotional review, quality review, load testing and vulnerability testing • Manage and communicate status of delivery cost, resources, schedules, and risk. *Qualifications: * • 5+ years of digital project management for externally customer facing websites. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. • Experience in digital account management with multiple clients. • Experience with digital web publishing platforms.
