Client Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has established a cross functional
team and process to address Escalated inquiries. Inquiries can come from a
variety of sources (Exchanges, Legislative Inquiry, Executive inquiry,
CEO’s office, Office of Public Affairs, etc). Cases are often complex, and
require significant coordination to resolve. Quite often, we need to
request a new 834 enrollment transaction from one of the Exchanges.
Transactions must be manually reviewed for accuracy, enrollment and billing
needs to be updated and then the case needs to be routed to Service for a
call to either collect payment or advise the consumer the case has been
resolved, and finally feedback provided to the originator of the request.

The volume and complexity of the inquiries has increased and client is
looking for a candidate to manage the overall process, including matrix
managing teams to drive cases to quick resolution.



*Responsibilities:*

- Work with Enrollment, Billing, Service and Operations Tech support
leadership to review cases, appropriate actions.

- Facilitate daily meetings with internal cross functional teams; ensures
all incoming cases are logged in escalation db and research is immediately
conducted.

- Facilitate/support meetings with External Exchanges to review and update
cases.

- Where gaps or issues are discovered in current processes, ID and work
with teams to implement process improvement solutions to address. Also
update training documentation as necessary.

- Monitor input email box; ensure all cases are appropriately logged on
tracker.

- Respond to internal originator with final case disposition.



*Requirements:*

- Solid experience in  enrollment, billing and service functions (including
enrollment and billing reconciliation and automated enrollment),
 preferably in the Consumer/Individual market segment.

*-Experience with 834 EDI transactions *

*- ACA/Healthcare Exchange experience needed .*

- Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills. Candidate
needs to be able to drive case resolution through entire life
cycle/multiple internal and external teams. Also needs to clearly
communicate status of cases to internal and external partners and Executive
management.

- Needs to be able to liaise well between business SMEs, leadership,
project, technical and training teams and work well with different
personalities and work styles and in an independent fashion.



- Possesses an understanding of healthcare industry and uses this knowledge
to bring solutions to business groups in order to enhance the enterprise’s
competitive edge.
