Job Description: Individual has indepth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice area and overview of 2-3 other areas. Individual handles solution definition/fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. In case of domain consultant individual requires high level of Business Analysis skills and may have 7-8 BAs reporting into the individual. In case of Technical Consultant the individual is a subject matter expert and may work with Functional/Technical Leads and Architects to contribute in solution definition. Required Skill(s) Consulting (L1) , Infra Consulting (L1) Essential Skill(s) IP Data Admin (L1) , Networking Consulting (L1) Additional Skill(s) F5 Load Balancers (L1) , Cisco ASA - Adaptive Security Appliance (L1) , Cisco Routing and Switching (L1) Provide operational Support of hibu' s network infrastructure including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining day-to-day system integrity. Provide support for Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco routers and switches, F5 load balancers. Manage third party vendors to provide support. Inform staff regarding system malfunctions and software issues. Perform network management, packet analysis and performance analysis. Provide daily support on work orders, incident tickets and change request supporting the network environment.
