Minimum of 6 years experience in software development
Strong object oriented programming skills
Strong Java (J2SE and J2EE) Skills
Minimum of 4 years experience in development of Java server
applications in Unix environment
Strong hands-on knowledge of Java collection, concurrency and NIO APIs
Experience with distributed systems and service oriented architectures
Knowledge of open source application servers like Tomcat or JBoss
Experience with Oracle Database
Experience in SQL and DB Query optimization
Strong hands-on knowledge of XML/XSL/XPath/SOAP/WSDL
Strong hand-on knowledge of Unix scripting
Experience with Apache Velocity a plus
