Responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity, firewalls, Citrix and other remote desktop solutions, software package upgrades. • Experience with network and/or telephony infrastructure including administration and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of Windows based servers with the ability to install, configure, train, administer and troubleshoot 3rd party vendor applications. • Operations back ground for system troubleshooting and analytical problem solving • Software package upgrades • Responsible troubleshooting network connectivity, firewalls, Citrix and other remote desktop solutions • Provide creative solutions to resolve existing and incoming issues for new applications • 5-7 years software/infrastructure experience • High technical aptitude to: o Understand host files, security certificates, browser settings o SQL server, Windows operating systems on desktop and servers o Firewalls, proxy settings • Experience with network and/or telephony infrastructure including administration and troubleshooting • Ability to work with multiple departments • Lead calls and action plans Required Skills: • Citrix Server • Networking • SQL *Thanks and Regards* *Arvind Nagar* *Email- **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Direct-408-457-9381 Ext-4008 !!
