*Duration:* 9 - 12 months
*Essential Skill Sets/ Experience Summary*
· Candidate should of minimum 8+ years *(USC & GC Preffered)*
Familiarity with traditional waterfall methodology and agile
methodology
· Experience with Healthcare Systems such as EMR application, LIS
systems etc.
· Knowhow of healthcare terminologies including HL7, HIPAA, SNOMED,
CPT, LOINC, HEDIS measures
· Sound analytical and problem solving skills
· Demonstrate strong leadership, versatile negotiation and people
development skills
· Strong innovation skills
· Exceptional presentation and communication skills which will
include organizing meetings with varied participants from multiple
functions across the business
· In-depth knowledge of designing, developing and implementing
software (including component integration).
· Excellent working knowledge of relevant products and technologies
including:
· Tools: Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Visio), Quality
Center, QA Complete
· *Must: **Prior healthcare / lab knowledge preferred*
