*Send me updated resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]> or you can reach me on 214-257-8266.* *Title: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Consultant (Functional)* *Duration: 3-6 Months (extendable)* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Rate: $75/hr on C2C* *Deliver Sound Business Process/Functional Analysis for Supported Systems* • Serve as functional SME on initiatives related to the systems supported within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including IT Projects, New Product Development, and other cross-functional work. • Work with stakeholders across the organization to effectively communicate changes in process due to system enhancements, upgrades, or other new projects. • Leverage expertise of business systems to evaluate and document business process, and provide recommendations on improvements based on business needs/requirements. Partner with IT on system enhancements. • Develop system documentation related to all upgrades, enhancements, changes, or projects. *Support Customer Processes & System Maintenance Through Excellent Customer Service* • Support and participate in reporting and capacity planning and reporting tools used by the team. • Collaborate with business units to resolve business process problems • Participate in the auditing, design, testing and maintenance of reports. • Accountable for production systems configurations and related documentation. • Develop, implement and maintain processes to provide ongoing service and support to system users. *Project Management* • Manage projects (as assigned) to improve business operations and processes related to supported systems. • Participate in the design of instructional material and formal and informal training. • Provide training, documentation and manuals as needed. • Engage appropriate project and functional resources to execute communication plan to support changes to business process. • Participate in design of pre or post-implementation testing by developing use cases and/or execution of user acceptance testing (UAT). • Escalate issues and risks to appropriate Business Owner or IT project manager, as needed • Provide post-launch support after project launch. • Other duties as assigned -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
