Title :*Performance Tester* Location : Mclean, VA *Client : Hexaware* *Any Visa is OK !!* *Senior Performance Test Engineer * · 7+ years of experience on HP-Performance Center and HP-LoadRunner 11.00, 11.52 for Web (HTTP/HTML), SOA WebServices, Ajax TruClient. · Strong skills as performance test lead, driving performance testing projects end to end and team work. · Strong proactive skills to lead performance testing. · Strong experience on Performance Testing Cycle including estimates, Proof of Concept, Ad-hoc testing and Execution. · Extensive experience on analysis of Performance Test Requirements, test planning, test execution, analysis and test reporting. · Extensive experience in HP-LoadRunner scripting for Web (HTTP/HTML) protocol. · Extensive experience in HP-LoadRunner scripting for WebServices using SOAP protocol. · Extensive experience in HP-LoadRunner scripting for Ajax TruClient protocol. · Extensive experience on application monitoring using CA Wily Introscope. · Very good to excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). · Very good skills on preparation of executive reports. · Self-starter, self-driven, goal oriented and proactive person. Requiring minimal to no supervision. · Hard worker, self-motivated to far exceed project and team needs. · Adaptable to highly demanding work environment. · Effective and quick learner on emerging technologies. · Strong discipline and punctual skills.
