(NOTE: Microsoft SQL Server or MS Access will NOT be considered as valid database experience) · 84 Months Demonstrated work experience implementing Fine Grain Access Control Audit (FGACA) and Virtual Private Database (VPD) to protect Health Care data such as Medicaid, Pharmacy, and HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). · 84 Months Demonstrated work experience analyzing clinical/claim health care data for evidenced base conclusions, preferably with Medicaid/pharmacy data with an understanding of Drug Utilization Review (DUR) concepts/algorithm. · 84 Months Demonstrated work experience in data modeling for logical and physical models, preferably using ER Studio, including change management to keep DEV/QA/PROD models synchronized. · 84 Months Demonstrated experience working as an Oracle Database Administrator while certified as an Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional (OCP) 10g and 11g. Identify your OCP certification dates while cross-references your Oracle Database Administrator assignments. · A copy of the Certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form. · 72 Months Demonstrated work experience using National Health Care coding standards like ICD-9 CM, NDC, DSM III/IV and HEDIS measure. · 84 Months Demonstrated work experience installing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Automatic Storage Management (ASM) and Data Guard. · Bachelor Degree o A copy of the degree(s) must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
