The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development and enhancement of multiple ServiceNow platforms and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities. *Essential Duties * - Multi-domain/service provider model experience within a SNOW platform. Will be supporting Core Blueprint Work and/or Interface Work. Client is working to establish a Service Provider Domain within the Blueprint, hence need strong experience of operating multiple domains, to implement Survey, to enhance the service request and service catalogue capability including the introduction of comprehensive approval workflows, to amend Chat capability to make Eureka version domain aware and to update our permissions model. Domain Separation defines discrete ServiceNow systems within one instance. Domain Separation provides data, process and system partitioning to implement customer systems (for large, multi-company organizations that can share processes and workflows). - Develop and customize ServiceNow – from collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, to coding and execution of those plans. - Administer Scrum/SDLC module in ServiceNow explicitly for the development of ServiceNow. - Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks - Ensure that technical designs meet functional design requirements as well as maintain the integrity and sustainability of the application - Define and meet standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and supportability of customizations. - Develop test cases for functional and regression testing. - Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration. - Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services. - Generate operational reports and KPI analysis as needed - Recognize and report issues before they adversely impact the project schedule. - Respond to Service Requests and provide incident resolution. - Create process documentation for team and provides internal training to ServiceNow admins and developers. - Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects *Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* - 3 years working as ServiceNow developer - Demonstrated project work of advanced ServiceNow development - Proficient in JavaScript, Certified ServiceNow Admin (Advanced) is a huge plus!!! - ServiceNow Scripting training completed - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage and direct internal/external clients around all key technical decisions during project delivery - Experience driving complex product development initiatives from concept through release - Passion for learning and rapid iteration - Ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions - ITIL certification a plus -- *-- * *Regards,* *Syed Layeeq Ahmed* *New York Technology Partners – Rochester* 332 Jefferson Rd.
