The Browse team builds new features and enhancements on mobile and desktop sites. Our scope includes the Global Home Page thru Add to Cart. Project Description: Position Overview: Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: • Manage cadence of cross-disciplined Agile team from initiation to production. (Weekly Planning, Daily Stand Up’s, Retrospectives) • Ensure each project meets required action steps, stakeholder reviews and documentation. • Provide status reporting to meet internal and enterprise needs • Define milestones and delivery plans • Identify and manage open risks, issues and blockers • Provide coordination between DotCom product/development teams on status and communication • Collaborate closely with browse teams for implementation • Manage dependencies with external teams Skills Overview: What are the MUST have skills and technologies that you are looking for in a candidate? • Agile experience, managing an agile team or project. • Understanding of how technology works and be able to talk to developers • Jira • Familiarities with API’s and Services, Nice to have • Ecommerce experience • Experience leading large projects • Experience leading multiple projects at one time. • Experience with the UI Space – creative team and UI developers. What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role? • Communication skills • Building relationships • Leadership skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to speak to UX/ UI and back end developers Will there be testing required for this role?
