*Please share the profile at [email protected] <[email protected]> * *Position: Agency QA* *Location: Minneapolis* *Duration: 6 Months* Rate is $25/hr Must have Agency Experience Phone Interview to start, prefer locals Must have 9/10 comm skills Job Duties: * Help validate that web sites, applications and systems meet design specifications and requirements * Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables. * Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test plan. * In those cases where specifications are not complete, identify undocumented components and validate functionality. * Identify any defects or quality issues and escalate issues appropriately to management. * Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes. * Work closely with QA, programmers, delivery coordinator and project managers to ensure quality deliverables * Verify client reported issues and assist development with troubleshooting efforts. * Help organize reported bugs and changes within tracking system * Create test summary reports at the end of each test run. Job Requirements: * 3-5 years relevant Quality Assurance technical experience * Thorough understanding of the QA process, test cases, test plans, bug/defect reports * Previous work in agile environment and SAAS technology * Understanding of web based technologies.
