This high-profile project will re-engineer the processes and systems around the utilization and management of empty rail cars. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have experience ramping up quickly on large projects, work independently to understand business needs and use high-level requirements to produce quality working code. *Location:* The location of the assignment is in the Atlanta offices at 1200 Peachtree Street. The candidate must be e-RAILSAFE certified. The position is immediately available. Length of the assignment is expected to be approximately 12 months. *Education:* 4-yr College Degree preferably Information Systems or Computer Science *Skills Required* The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in multiple areas of applications development Experience building enterprise applications using .NET with the following characteristics: - High Availability - Scalable performance - Service Oriented - Practical knowledge of service design, development and implementation - SOAP, REST - Loosely coupled integration - Experience with n-tier architecture development and web application development - Demonstrated experience developing complex n-tier application code: - HTML/CSS UI - MVC/ASP.NET - JavaScript Client-side - C# middle-tier - ADO.NET data-tier - Stored procedures and SQL database coding - Experience using DB2/LUW (preferred) or SQL Server databases.
