Best Buy Minneapolis 1 Year Skype Interview Position Overview: Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: * Capture Documentation around managing the bestbuy.com infrastructure * Document Operation Engineer job aids and procedures for maintaining dotCom infrastructure and applications. * Attend transition meetings * Extract information from engineers on details around operation procedural documents * Work directly with Systems Engineers to extract information around documents currently used * Role will also help document dotCom procedures for failing over to a disaster recovery site in another data center, along with any gaps Skills Overview: What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? - 8+ years experience creating documents geared towards System Administrators - Experience working in a Linux/Unix Environment - must understand this command line - Experience working in Java Environment - Experience with Oracle Databases - Experience with server monitoring tools like HP Openview What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role? 1.
