*Job Title: Application Programmer (API/ Datapower) * *Location: Warren, NJ (Locals preferred )* *Duration : 6 months* *Overview:* Responsible for API Gateway and Platform Delivery and readiness for delivery in Q2/Q3 2015 in global regions (NA, EMEA, ASPAC and LATAM )and build the API Gateway infrastructure for the new Payments COE Roadmap. Several projects are slated for installation in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2015 in the Roadmap. *Some of the API Work that will be impacted include :* o Cloud.IaaS and Cloud.PaaS API Mediation Layer o Production rollout of Digital Bank API's (Top 20 API's) o CBOL Next Gen Architecture and Digital Programs Enablement for GCG and ICG TTS o Payments COE - NAM/Mexico Host Card Emulation initiatives (HCE Project Lotus/Coffee), Australia Apple Pay, Singapore Visa Checkout and Brazil Master Pass initiatives o Client Mobile Challenge and Developer Events API platform enablement for " CitiMobile challenge and other Hackathon events across global regions. o Building various state of the art frameworks surrounding API and Micro Service security like OAuth etc. *Skills:* Position requires advanced API specialist skills At least 8 years in software development and at least 2 year hands-on experience in development, administration or implementation of an APIm/SOA solution (preferable IBM APIm/Datapower product knowledge) Proficient in Java and API /SOA technologies , Web Services and ESB design patterns, oAuth, SAML 1.1 & 2.0, WS-Trust, STS, SOAP, WSDLs, XML, REST ,WS-* standards, Service Governance. Familiar with general security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signatures, etc), PKI concepts, SSL, Web Service Proxies, XML firewalls, multi-protocol gateways. Experience with Agile development methodology and knowledge of general networking concepts Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred. *Responsibilities:* Responsible for API Management platform readiness for Thank You and Payments COE projects that will be rolled out to production in Q2/Q3 2015 Responsible for an end-to-end integration of service patterns on APIm platform. APIm Portal setup: Installation, network and monitoring setup, firmware upgrade, domains creation/setup, secure backup-recovery, user/groups creation and access control etc. API Gateway Development: Design and develop service patterns, policy and rules based on business requirements. Security implementation, SLM/A setup and message monitoring. API implementation: Involve in complete integration life cycle of the API initiatives Leads API strategic initiatives and support multiple projects for NA/ASPAC deployment >From platform/infra perspective, responsible for complete IBM APIm and DataPower XI52 infrastructure setup Responsible for development, implementation and configuration management of security policies for APIm use cases. Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices. Support full lifecycle implementation of the APIm project including Dev, SIT, UAT , Stress testing and production deployment Manage day-to-day system development and maintenance activities for APIm deployment in global regions.
