*Job Responsibilities : *
Meeting the big data needs of our various products and businesses.
Specifically, this position is responsible for designing great UI/UX
experiences for our state-of- the- art analytics solutions and applications.
Support Product Managers in developing workflows, wireframes, and
mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed product
capabilities to meet product requirements.
Designing and owning product visual design, including composition,
layout information hierarchy, typography, and color, to ensure product’s
look-and-feel meets the current industry standards.
Designing and owning product user interface and user experience, which
allows users to effectively derive value from the product.
Support Product Managers in end-user research efforts and to conduct
testing with customers to validate designs through their feedback.
*Required Criteria : *
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in information
design, interface design, industrial design, HCI, or related degree and
experience.
Preferred experience working on new products (vs only existing, launched
products), with emphasis on strong collaboration with Product Manager(s) to
brainstorm and to provide support on their product vision and
documentations *(PRDs, specs*, *etc.)*
Preferred experience in: Agile methodology, building web-based products for
advertising and driving engagement, graphic design experience, designing
for big data products, designing for video-based products, building
web-based prototypes.
*Job Title: Database Engineer - NoSQL*
*Location: Irving, TX*
*Duration: Contract*
*Requried*
- Expert level proficiency with NoSQL databases like Mongo, Cassandra,
etc.
- Solid experience with .NET
- Experience with Amazon ElasticSearch would be a big plus.
- Candidate should be proficient with
clustering/sharding/replication/indexes for NoSQL databases.
