Someone who has been an accountant before is ideal since they will be working with client to build the case for changing how they implement fixed assets. Needs to be a PM or strong BA who can be persuasive in working with business to help them see the benefits for changing how they are using the system and make changes to the process during this implementation. SAP experience is needed and also any experience with Taxation, Selling/Leasing Equipment and Property Tax.
