*Job Description *

To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through
the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology (1.)
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the
solution is current and meets quality standards and the client
requirements. (2.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the
client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology. (3.)
To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply
of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are
mitigated. (4.) To architect| design and develop [through team] solution
for product / sustenance delivery.

*Additional requirement*

1. Proficient in the technology and solution landscape of Mobility
application across various platforms, application types, application
development methodologies and suggest appropriate solutions to the customers

2. Able to carry out market and technology trends study and guide internal
and external customers for appropriate Mobility solutions across various
industry segments such as Manufacturing. Medical devices / Healthcare,
Telecom and BFSI

3. Able to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to
recommend appropriate Mobility solution and implement the same

4. Able to guide the team in pre-sales and solutioning

5. Able to deliver projects accomplishing the company set goals

6. Able to lead the team of pre-sales and technology consultants

7. Able to understand the emerging technologies such as AR, Voice, NFC etc
and implement solutions

8. Able to understand and implement the wearable technology space

9. Able to understand and implement HTML5 based solutions

10. Able to understand implement different testing methodologies and
solutions

11. Able to communicate effectively and participate in customer workshops
and meetings

12. Able to publish various papers / articles in Mobility
