Will be part of a 6-8 person team but the extended team size would be much larger than that. Will be working across ecommerce. Project Description: [This resource will be working on the new capabilities and adding to the existing capabilities. They will be supporting new features as well as starting off with some of the new projects.] Position Overview: Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: * Help analyze system issues * Provide education on the applications they support to other members * End to end application support * Looking for them to be SME on applications * Translating detailed user stories * Keep track of stories across development teams * Document dependencies * Identify non-functional requirements * Help with defect-triage * Organize and assist with user testing * Ability to do data analysis Skills Overview: What are the MUST have skills and technologies that you are looking for in a candidate? * Payment technologies background is a huge plus * Understand Json and XML documents * Read architectural artifacts * Understand business concepts * Identify system constraints * Jira, WIKI * Agile environment * Waterfall environment * Nice to have ecommerce background * Ability to create process documentation * Review system test cases What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role? * Written and verbal communication skills * Ability to collaborate well with others * Gets excited to improve processes * Enjoys a fast-paced environment * Presentation skills * Pull together people and lead meetings * Organizational skills Will there be testing required for this role?
