*Job Title: Business Analyst. * *Location: Irving, TX.* *Duration: 12 Months * *Interview: Phone + Skype* *Must Have Skills: * *• Independently function and manage work autonomously. Mature professional interaction with both sides of business (CVSH and Aetna/Coventry) as required to lead discussions, documentation, decisions and drive collaboration and communication across for successful program delivery. This is a key role to support existing overall and Clinical SMEs. • Drive and spearhead Business discussions with stake holders from Both CVS and Aetna/Coventry perspective, identify gaps in implementation during such discussions, highlight to management if the efforts required from such discussions increase Testing effort, distill the information from such discussions to meaningful orientation to the Testing team and on board them, assist in test bed preparation in adherence with requirements, assist in SME reviews with tester and CVS /Aetna/Coventry SME. • Overall SME and not just key holed into Clinical areas – should have knowledge and aptitude for Plan and Benefits, and Business Integration Testing phases as well and support existing Clinical SMEs in the team. • Understand Coventry Migration and 2016 Welcome season implementation as a whole and capture requirements and customize test scenarios based on it in collaboration with tester. • Review Benefit Matrices, Client Specific Test bed and standard Test bed for business scenarios coverage • Interact with the business users and capture the business process • Provide Business solutions to the Testing Team • Prepare/ update business scenarios for Testing, assist in Requirements Traceability and Test Coverage Matrices. • Support testing activities • Prioritize defects • Review Test Coverage for each LOB • Ensures test results meet the needs of business users and other key stakeholders • Obtains sign off of test results from business users. • Becomes a functional Practitioner for the assigned lines of business and associated tools and processes. • Identify areas of automation based on manual efforts in the current process and guide automation / tools team for requirements. • Long term expectation at least till 12/31/2015* *Job Roles/Responsibilities* *• Independently function and manage work autonomously.
