*Richardson, TX* *Contract- December 2015* *Blue Cross of TX* *I need locals* *Job description:* This is a replacement for 2014-09-129 *Required skills:* · Minimum 10 years of experience in multiple IT areas and 3 years of relevant architecture experience •Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features •Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes—either individually or in concert with project team •Provides design the integration of applications across the business •Will assist in the recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy •Provides expertise regarding most difficult support problems •Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse •Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs · Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise · Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices · Takes initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside–in perspective to identify innovative solutions · Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
