Qualifications & Experience · Minimum of 4 years experience (can be flexible) · 4+ Years of in depth Oracle/Sybase Database administration experience on UNIX and Linux (preferably RedHat) environments · Oracle 10g, 11gR2 / Sybase ASE 12.5.4/15.7 · Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2014 · Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite · Experience with Oracle backup procedures / Sybase backup procedure · Exposure to other database platforms including: Microsoft SQL Server, and Sybase / Oracle · Five or more years of experience within IT organization of a financial company · Experience troubleshooting and tuning SQL statements.
