At least 2 years of strong experience as Project Manager of Agile projects. ? Bachelors or Master’s Degree holder ? Experience using Agile management tool(s), such as JIRA, TFS, or Target Process ? Excellent written and oral communication skills ? Strong leadership, motivation, and facilitation skills ? Demonstrable experience successfully leading varied and diverse teams ? Ability to understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps ? Strong advocate who can push agenda persuasively with staff, managerial and executive stakeholders ? Experience working within an established SDLC ? Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing ?
