Looking for Sr. Software Engineer,
Product Deployment. Ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years game experience
in both front end (IOS and Android) and back end (PHP, MySQL, Java, Linux).
Look for a developer that has either iOS or Android, possibly shipped app
(Plus), with back-end coding experience (C++ or PHP or Java) and possibly
gaming experience (plus).
*Description:*
Seek an experienced, solution-oriented Sr. Software
Engineer, Product Deployment, to help guide the development direction, and
deployment of mobile products across the world. The right candidate will be
passionate about media, games, consumer web products and have a proven
track record of creating or maintaining large back end systems and being a
leader on best engineering practices and solutions as well as proven
knowledge in Object-Oriented design patterns and algorithms. Candidates
must also possess the confidence and patience to help lead engineering
teams across the world.

*Responsibilities: *
· Under the direction of the Technical Director, deliver
high-quality, maintainable code against established product shipping
deadlines
· Maintain a level of technical understanding of the overall
platform sufficient to pro-actively serve the best interests of the platform
· As directed, maintain best coding practices such as code reviews,
coding standards, etc.
· Support live game servers by conducting maintenance during
off-peak hours
· Provide on-call support for live game server emergencies
*Preferred Qualifications: *
· Mobile (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, etc.) game development
experience
· Experience with networked game architecture
· Experience with Linux
· Experience with Amazon Web Services
· Knowledge of Android JNI
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
