City: Detroit State: MI Status: *Accepting Candidates* Description: *Location: Detriot Area (*Dearborn, Royal Oak, and Troy ) *Rate: *$ Must be all inclusive *Length: *6-12 months w/ option for extension *Requirements:* 1. *Must have 3-5 yrs of **BA in HEALTHCARE IT **experience acting as liaison for the integration and communication among applications, databases, and technology platforms on a business and technological level including:* o *Must have Epic Willow and/or McKesson software implementations experience* o *Conduct business process analyses and business needs/requirements elicitation in an effort to align information technology with business initiatives.* o *Perform analysis on existing systems; identify options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability.* o *Understand organizational motivations: problems, goals, and objectives. Assess and document the benefits, risks, and critical success factors of the project. Ensure / demonstrate that business needs are satisfied within a given technical solution.* o *Participate in developing functional and non-functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications into production environments that support the business unit.* o *Leverage CASE tools or templates to create elicitation, analysis, specification, validation artifacts.* 2. Must have Epic Willow and/or McKesson software implementations experience 3. Working knowledge of UML use case, class, activity models, sequence diagrams, prototypes and how they interrelate 4. Working knowledge of business rule taxonomy and elicitation techniques. 5. Basic knowledge of UML component models and deployment models. 6. Working knowledge of RUP Design phase, SSO concepts 7. Expert knowledge of Blueprint, Visio, and other CASE tools 8.
