*Position :* Message Broker Administrator

*Location :* Dublin, OH

*Duration :* 8 months



*Job Description* The platform analyst is responsible for supporting a
specific platform or application or multiple, related
platforms/applications with responsibilities including account setup,
direct user assistance, issue resolution, and platform/application
configuration.



Responsible for build as well as support of platform solutions Specific
Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities

·         Install platform/application software and patches • Set up and
maintain user accounts

·         Resolve platform/application issues such as access and
performance issues.

·         Configure the platform/application to support user requirements

·         Support and maintain interfaces with other platforms/applications

·         24x7x365 reliable support that leverages collective resources to
meet service level expectations.

·         Actively participate in build activities for platform/application
solutions.

·         Ensure planned modifications are in compliance with the strategic
roadmap of the enterprise.

·         Take lead on providing technical solutions / directions to ensure
systems / applications are highly available and meet service level
agreements.

·         Work with business clients, business IT personnel and development
staff to avoid communication gap and ensure customer / client satisfaction.



*Experience *

·         4 to 7 years of experience in required technologies and
qualifications Qualifications (Minimum Education or Equivalent) Bachelors
degree in Computer Science or related field.

·         Experience with Application and Systems Integration, tools, and
admin capabilities

·         Excellent analytical & communications skills

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Good co-ordination and organization skills.

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Strong customer service and conflict management skills.
