Job Title: Java Developer with Oracle Customer Care and Billing
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 1 year on going project
Tax terms: C2C
A skilled Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Developer to augment
development efforts for a 2.4 CC&B upgrade project (from version 2.1).
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
· 3+ years of progressive experience with design, coding, testing
and deployment of complex Enterprise class applications built with
Java/J2EE and Oracle technologies.
· 3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle CC&B
versions 2.2 and higher in the role of developer.
· Strong understanding of the CC&B Data Model and the interfaces
into CC&B.
· At least 3+ years of Oracle CC&B development experience with at
least one year in version 2.4.
· 5+ years of development experience in an Oracle CC&B environment
using PL/SQL, Java, javascript, XML, XAI, MicroFocus COBOL, Eclipse (Java
Development Toolkit ), and Oracle Software Development Kit (SDK).
· 3+ years of experience using Hibernate Query Language, XAI/Web
Services and CC&B Configuration Tools
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
CC&B lead developer experience
· Experience developing Oracle/SPL utilities CC&B with a background
in Municipal Water/Sewer Utilities industry
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Use CC&B Configuration Tools to develop Advanced Configuration
objects such as Portals, Zones and Services (scripts).
· Create and/or modify custom maintenance objects
· Create and/or modify additional customizations and batch
processes based on custom maintenance objects
· Create and/or modify custom algorithms and algorithm types
