* Job Title - Business System Analyst Location - Jacksonville, Florida Duration - 6-12 Months* *Rate - DOE* *Rate : $40/hr on c2c for all inc* *Job Description -* Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the business needs of our healthcare client while working with Development and Quality Assurance team members to design and test solutions in Web and Mobile area. The BSA will also be responsible for documenting those requirements as part of an SRS, flow diagrams, UI mockups and update/modify existing application documentation. The BSA will be the primary link between the stakeholder community and the software development team with the ultimate goal of achieving optimal client solutions. *Responsibilities-* Perform business analysis activities such as requirements analysis, business process modeling, and the creation of use cases, business rules, glossaries, diagrams, and UI (User interface) mockups. Actively seek ways to apply technologies to business processes to meet strategic goals through a conceptual understanding of technology and strong business insight and experience Perform data analysis and troubleshooting of information system issues and business user concerns to identify and correct root causes Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external clients) by organizing and driving JAD sessions to clarify, detail and manage business requirements, as well as minimize system development costs or constraints Work on small to medium projects independently and can work on large to complex projects with supervision Lead in identification and understanding problems and opportunities Participate in estimation activities Work with QA team to create test scenarios, Review test cases, and conduct UAT sessions. *Minimum Requirements-* Working knowledge of software development(and SDLC) processes and defect tracking tools (knowledge of HPALM is a plus) Excellent analytical skills Healthcare insurance domain experience working in Web and Mobile area Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn new skills & tools Proficiency in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Excellent business, functional, technical acumen Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities to facilitate participation in requirements gathering and training sessions Strong relationship management and consultative skills to deal with clients and facilitate collaboration *Additional Preferred Experience-* Proficiency in SQL Skill in analyzing data flow and work flow Regards, Venu 904-371-9198 [email protected] www.platotechinc.com Blog - http://venujobsblog.blogspot.in/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
