Experience in re-factoring existing systems. Experience with automated build utilities and continuous integration environments. Solid grasp of software development lifecycle best-practices, methods, and conventions, including but not limited to Test Driven Development, Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency Management. Strong oral and written communication skills. *Preferred* Experience in e-commerce application development. Experience working with or developing Open Source projects. Experience refactoring existing systems to design patterns. Experience with Oracle 10g or higher, Web Logic 10 or higher.
