Position: Sr. Endeca Developer/Team lead Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Full Time Job Description: Relevant Experience: o Have 3+ years of experience on Endeca search engine platform & overall should have 6+yrs of IT experience o Experience of Retail domain will be an added advantage Technical/Functional Skills o Experience of development and supporting applications on Endeca Information Access(IAP) Technology Platform and MDEX Engine configuration o Experience in configuring and maintaining Endeca Merchandizing Workbench o Experience in PERL programming o Experience in Integrating Endeca Search with eCommerce Platforms like IBM WCS/ Java based applications o Implementation and Support Experience, Experience with Endeca Page Builder will be added advantage o Good knowledge of Ecommerce Technology and Architecture o Have basic understanding of UML, XML, Web Services Roles & Responsibilities o Configuring and Supporting the existing Endeca Platform implementation, Support Business users in fine tuning the existing implementation and maintaining Experience Manager rules. o Incorporate enhancements for new featuresAnalysis of new requirements (business requirements), business impacts, work prioritization and estimation. o Prepare Low level and High Level design document or technical specifications. o Code and test(Unit and System Test) application components Generic Managerial Skills o Ability to take business requirements and develop functional design and help in technical design. o Ability to work with remote teams o Ability to manage project scope. o Ability to ensure quality of the delivered components. o Onshore / Offshore team management, capacity planning. o Offshore co-ordination for construction and testing of defects/BRs, review and code delivery.
