Experience developing/implementing SOAP/REST Web Services using SOA technologies such as XML, XSLT, XPATH, WSDL, SOAP, XSD, UDDI, etc. Experience in testing of web services. Experience communicating via MQ Series or JMS queues. Design technical specifications based on business requirements provided. Proficiency with Java. MS Office / Project / Visio. MIS / Software Engineering / Computer Applications. B.S. in Engineering, IT or related field of study. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11G Experience with a Federal and/or Municipal Government Local Data Hub Experience with DC Government integration between Procurement Automation Support System (PASS) and SOAR (DC Financial System) *Duties:* Participate in Oracle SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware implementation and platform modernization support and development Focus on developing Best Practices for using various products within the Oracle SOA Suite Provide hands-on business analysis and quality assurance for the engineering team in leveraging the Oracle SOA Suite for new Applications and Integration solutions within the Government of the District of Columbia Assist OCTO with development and implementation of Local Data Hub connecting District Agencies with DCAS application.
