*Job Title: Business Analyst with eCommerce, Retail exp* *Location: Union, NJ * *Duration : 12+ Months* *Skills that are a must: * BRDs, FRDs, Experience with User Stories (goes hand in hand with Agile); deliverables have to be clear and well written, experience with retail and ecommerce, very good communication skills, knowledge of PCI compliance/PII MUST KNOW the difference between a BRD and FRD Must have written hundreds of user stories Must understand websites, may be asked to explain search, checkout and payment functionality. This is common stuff. Communication skills are extremely important because they will be speaking in front of high level management, etc. The candidate should at least have some knowledge of PCI/PII compliance, even if they don't have a lot of experience. Experience with frontend/client facing, UX; knowledge from a BA perspective. *Required Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts. Working knowledge of Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to analyze and document complex business processes. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver. Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information. Working knowledge of AS400, .net, SQL, and xml is not required but a plus. Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies. *Education and Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution. Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
