technically sound and needs to drive the onsite-offshore team in

                                                 troubleshooting the issues
in the production SSO platform of Citizens bank. This is a 24x7 support

                                                 program and the person
should liaise with various other vendors and parties involved while

                                                 understanding the root
cause and resolution of the issue. The person should be good in production

                                                 support
concepts/ticketing, etc.
