The Senior Adobe LiveCycle Designer/Developer is responsible for analysis,
design, coding and integration testing of the more complicated projects.

In concert with the business users, business analysts, and application
development; provide staff augmentation to assist with research, analysis,
recommendation, coding, and testing of the OJI Application for business
side correspondence using ADOBE Lifecycle. This person will provide
expertise in creating and developing the architecture to use ADOBE
LiveCycle for correspondence and assist with the setup and coding of such
documents.

This person will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide and
implement recommendations for best practices for the ADOBE product.  This
person will act as a mentor ad provide knowledge transfer to other
developers assigned to this project.

This resources will provide input into the impact analysis for the creating
time lines for this project, complete application coding, and provide
support to system testing, user acceptance testing, and production as
needed.  Design, develop and test application modifications and
enhancements to batch program using Adobe LiveCycle, Java, FileNet and DB2
database.

This would include upgrading the current application interfaces for the OJI
system as well as conforming to the industry best practices and standards.
The work will include providing ongoing support for enhancements and
modifications to the OJI application that will ensure satisfactory
performance of the application based on customer satisfaction and
conformance to business requirements.

Duties to be performed include:

• Assist with the implementation and integration of Adobe LiveCycle into
OJI the development, testing and Production environment

• Provide administration, technical support, forms and application design,
workflow design, and end-to-end application support for the development and
implementation of forms and other business processes on the Adobe Lifecycle
suite of products.

• Design and develop custom Adobe LiveCycle workflows/processes and
solutions utilizing both Workbench and the Adobe APIs

• Design and develop custom integration modules for interfaces with the OJI
applications to facilitate utilization of the Adobe tools

• Develop interactive forms, documents, templates and workflows in an
integrated environment

• Implement and utilize various LiveCycle ES components like Forms, FileNet
connector, Outputs and Encryption

• Integrate LiveCycle ES Workbench processes with the FileNet Enterprise
Content Management solution

• Create dynamic XML templates to be rendered as HTML or PDF file format
and implement document security using digital signatures

• Perform any java application coding to assist with the implementation of
ADOBE process.

The duties performed will be coding  medium to complex application code
enhancements which could be modifications, new functionality and/or break
fixes, perform integration testing of program changes, perform code reviews
for program changes made by other application developers on the team,
provide input into best practices, make recommendations for performance
tuning and program efficiency, analyze and design application
enhancements,  attend requirements meetings to assist business analysts in
requirements collection and provide input into the feasibility of
application design based on the documented business requirements,  provide
input into and/or complete detail application design documentation based on
business requirements, provide time estimates for application code
modifications for your own assignments, coordinate the work effort among
project assignments with other software developers on the team, mentor
staff, provide verbal and written status to the team lead, work with the
system and/or solution architects, and database analysts concerning
application design, tool usage, or new functionality, collaborate with
business users, project managers, technical architects, team lead, and unit
manager on application projects, provide support for system testing and
user testing, assist in daily issue resolution, monitor and assist lower
level software development specialists in the planning, analysis, design
and construction of large, complex computer systems, utilize relational
database management technology and information engineering principals,
coordinate system design, data modeling and application development
efforts, perform testing, debugging, refining and evaluating of computer
software test results to produce the required output, create report and
screen designs and complete coding for those designs, perform development
of formal presentations; including graphs, charts, project plans, and slide
shows for delivery to management, colleagues and user audiences.

Required:

- 5 years of Adobe LiveCycle experience (ES2/ES3/ES4)

- 5 years of experience with Adobe WorkBench w/strong experience in
creating/maintaining processes in Workbench, and knowledge of all Workbench
components/services

- 5 years of experience with Adobe Designer

- 4 years of experience with Adobe LiveCycle APIs development

- 5 years of experience with DB2 database and SQL

- 5 years of experience working in object, data, and / or process modeling,
business process or workflow design

- 2 years of experience with Digital Signatures

- 1 year of experience development expert using Java/J2EE, XML/XBRL, and
JavaScript

Desired:

- 1 year of knowledge of the Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite application,
specifically the Workflow, Form, and Output modules.

- 1 year of knowledge of and experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional
Software and Adobe Acrobat Reader Software

- 1 year of previous application development experience and/or knowledge of
Unemployment Insurance and Benefits inside and/or outside of the state of
Ohio.

- 1year of previous experience training/mentoring application development
and user staff
- 1 year of experience using Windows 7 and/or IE9 browser and WAS8.0 or
higher.
